- What counts as a protected purchase?
- Each time your AI runs a purchase by us before buying counts, no matter the answer. Block, review, and approve all count the same.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes. Manage your subscription from the dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period.
- How does annual billing work?
- Annual Watchful is $40 for 12 months, equal to two months free compared with monthly billing. Stripe handles the renewal and cancellation.
- Do my rules ever change automatically?
- No. Defaults seed your account once. After that, only you change them.
- What about my data?
- Listings and verdicts are stored to power your dashboard. We don't sell or share them.
